When ticked, Search sales looks only inside the loaded data and does not contact data.gov.sg. Useful offline, or to stay under the limit of 4 searches per 10 seconds.
About the data
- Source: data.gov.sg, HDB resale flat prices, January 2017 onwards. It covers resales only, not new flats sold by HDB.
- "Month" is when the resale was registered, not when the price was agreed. The latest month is usually incomplete and fills in over the following weeks.
- Prices are as reported. This page is for reference only, not a valuation or advice.
- One search shows at most the newest 10,000 rows; narrow the filters to see the rest.
- data.gov.sg allows about 4 searches per 10 seconds. If you see a "wait 10 seconds" message, pause and try again.
- Street suggestions come from a list saved on 23 Sep 2026 (580 streets with at least one resale). A newer street is not suggested, but you can still type it and press Add.
- Tengah has no resale records yet (its flats are too new to be resold), so a Tengah search returns nothing.
